Everyone is super friendly and the whole facility has a great ambience, even the music! I definitely recommend James, he's very kind and you can tell he has passion for what he does!

As I pulled up William acknowledged me in my vehicle and attended to my needs. When he asked why I was here he I told him an issue with a tire, I also had the hatch of 2018 highlander not opening. William said did you check the glove box button. To my surprise there is a little button in the glove box that disables the trunk from opening.
